Our Story & Heritage
Shriniwas Tools & Equipments was established in 2006 in the industrial hub of MIDC Bhosari, Pune. We started with a clear vision: developing and manufacturing high-precision thermoplastic and thermoset component moulds, moulded parts, jigs, fixtures, and specialized engineering job work tailored to exacting customer specifications.
In 2014, the company underwent a strategic restructuring under a new partnership. By 2018, we formed a pivotal partnership with Priya Industries, expanding our floor with our first 2 VMCs and dedicated drilling machinery — marking the true genesis of the comprehensive, multi-layered tool room you see today.
That expansion hasn't stopped. We added a 3rd VMC in early 2019 and a 4th by October 2019. In 2020, amidst global challenges, we invested heavily in EDM and surface grinding capabilities, and proudly achieved our ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Today, we operate a robust fleet of 9 CNC wire cut machines, 3 advanced VMCs, and a full-scale mould assembly and inspection line. This growth wasn't driven by flashy marketing; it was built steadily, machine by machine, because our clients trusted our precision and consistently returned for their next critical tooling project.
